At Peak Performance, we provide individualized mental training and consultation services designed to help motivated individuals improve their performance, emotional wellbeing, and overall quality of life. Whether you’re a student, athlete, artist, performer, or entrepreneur, we offer personalized strategies to help you overcome obstacles, build resilience, and reach your potential. Every new client begins with a free 30–45 minute consultation, where we’ll explore your goals and discuss the best fit for your needs. Whether you’re looking to perform at a higher level or simply live with more clarity and purpose, Peak Performance is here to help you take the next step forward. Our one-on-one sessions blend evidence-based psychological methods with practical coaching tools tailored to your unique needs and goals. We support clients looking to sharpen focus, manage anxiety, boost confidence, strengthen relationships, or navigate life transitions—both on and off the field, stage, or classroom. Every training experience begins with a personalized assessment to identify strengths, challenges, and desired outcomes. From there, we build a customized plan rooted in mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioral techniques, and other performance-enhancing strategies. The process focuses on three core phases: 1) Assessment: Clarifying goals, identifying performance barriers, and crafting a personalized training roadmap. 2) Skill Development: Learning and practicing proven tools—such as mental flexibility, attention control, emotional regulation, and values-based action. 3) Application: Translating these skills into real-life contexts—school, sport, work, relationships—for lasting impact. Most clients engage in services for 3–6 months, meeting weekly or biweekly. This timeframe allows for deep growth, reflection, and meaningful skill acquisition. However, session frequency and duration are always flexible and adapted to your needs—including options for those with limited time during seasonal breaks. We are committed to making high-quality care accessible and convenient. We have clinical psychologists and life coaches available to support your individual needs. Services are offered in person and via tele-health. We accept insurance and offer cash-pay options.

If out-of-network or paying privately, payment is due at the beginning of each session.
